Salary: As per Market Standard

Experience required- 5+ Years in Real Estate

Profile: Sales Manager

Language- English and Kannada

No. of Openings: 5+

Qualification Required: Graduation

Job Location:  37/1, First Floor, Arun Towers Third Cross, 14th Main Rd, E Block, Sahakar Nagar, North Bengaluru, Karnataka 560092.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Sales & Business Development.

  • Responsible to onboard new channel Partners in company.

  • Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

  • Responsible for generating leads for business.

  • Following up leads generated.

  • Comparing a property to others in the area then convince to customer.

  • Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns

  • Pointing out a properties best feature to buyer and answering their questions.

  • Designing and implementing of sales strategies for targeted revenue.

  • Candidate will be responsible for Site visits and deal closures.

  • Responsible for preparing the daily sales report.

  • Responsible for participating in Property’s Events, exhibitions or conferences.

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections

  • Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

· Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
· Fast learner and passion for sales
· Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
· Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
