We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in a fastpaced digital marketing company. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of proven sales
experience, a strong understanding of digital marketing services, and a track record of
achieving sales targets. As a Social Media Executives, you will be responsible for driving
business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development:
o Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand
the company’s client base.
o Identify new business opportunities, target markets, and potential clients
within the digital marketing space.
o Work closely with the marketing team.
• Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
o Generate leads through a combination of inbound and outbound strategies,
including cold calling, networking, email outreach, and attending industry
events.
o Qualify leads and convert them into clients by identifying their needs and
positioning our digital marketing services effectively.
o Conduct product demos, presentations, and sales calls to showcase the
company’s digital marketing solutions.
• Client Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, ensuring high
levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
o Act as the main point of contact for clients throughout the sales process, from
initial inquiry to contract negotiation and onboarding.
o Collaborate with the account management team to ensure smooth handover
and successful implementation of services post-sale.
• Sales Targets & Reporting:
o Achieving sales goals and KPIs set by teams, ensuring consistent performance
towards meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
o Track and report on sales performance, including lead generation, conversions,
pipeline health, and client acquisition metrics.
o Provide regular reports to senior leadership on sales progress, challenges, and
market trends.
Qualifications:
• Education:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
(preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience:
o 2 to 4 years of proven experience in a sales role within a digital marketing
company or tech-driven service industry.
o Strong understanding of digital marketing services, including social media
marketing, content marketing, email marketing.
o Demonstrated success in sales, including achieving revenue targets and
generating new business.
o Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tracking
tools.
• Skills & Competencies:
o Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey
complex digital marketing concepts to non-technical clients.
o Strong negotiation and closing skills.
o Ability to build and nurture client relationships, with a customer-centric
