Technician

Job Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Door Installation Technician to install, repair, and maintain various types of doors, including industrial, commercial, and fire-rated doors. The ideal candidate should have experience with tools, a good understanding of door mechanisms, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair hydraulic dock levelers, sectional doors, rolling shutters, emergency exit doors, and glass doors.

• Measure and prepare door openings for proper fitting.

• Fix and maintain locks, hinges, and automatic door systems.

• Use tools like drills, screwdrivers, and measuring tape for installations.

• Inspect doors for smooth operation and safety compliance.

• Follow company guidelines and safety regulations.

• Work with team members and supervisors to complete projects on time.

Requirements:

• Experience in door installation, carpentry, or a related field (preferred but not required).

• Basic knowledge of tools and mechanical systems.

• Ability to lift and install doors safely.

• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
