As a Telesales Executive at Beepkart, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering suitable pre-owned two-wheeler options. You will play a crucial role in driving sales, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and understand their vehicle preferences.
Explain the benefits of Beepkart’s offerings and guide customers through the buying process.
Convert leads into successful sales by following up and addressing customer queries.
Maintain a database of leads and update customer interactions in the CRM system.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Coordinate with the field sales team to schedule test rides and finalize deals.
Handle inbound inquiries and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.
Provide post-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
0-3 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or customer service.
Excellent communication skills in English and Kannada (additional languages are a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Basic knowledge of two-wheelers and the used vehicle market is a plus.
Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
A positive attitude, enthusiasm, and a customer-centric approach.
