We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team at Proguard Security Service. The ideal candidate will assist in day-to-day office operations, support the management team, and ensure smooth functioning of administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
• Maintain and update employee and client records
• Assist in scheduling meetings, interviews, and field officer visits
• Prepare and manage reports, memos, and other documents
• Coordinate with field officers and clients as needed
• Manage office supplies and maintain filing systems
• Provide support for recruitment and onboarding processes
• Assist in billing, invoice tracking, and other basic accounts task
