Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Utilize job boards, social media, and recruitment platforms to advertise job openings and attract qualified candidates.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and cultural fit, and provide hiring recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information in the HRIS.
Support onboarding processes, including coordinating orientations, documentation, and setting up new hires for success.
Monitor and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
Assist with the day-to-day operational functions of the business, ensuring smooth workflow across departments.
Coordinate logistics for office management, inventory, and supplies to ensure operational efficiency.
Help manage schedules, meetings, and communication between departments.
Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and processes for efficiency.
Monitor and analyze key operational metrics, assisting with process improvements when needed.
Support project management initiatives, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
