Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and people-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and basic HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviews)
Draft job descriptions and post jobs on various platforms
Manage onboarding and documentation of new employees
Maintain and update employee records and HR database
Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management
Plan and execute employee engagement activities
Address employee queries and support day-to-day HR operations
Ensure company policies and procedures are followed
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
1–3 years of relevant experience in HR (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with MS Office and basic HR tools
Good understanding of HR policies and practices
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
