This individual will play a key role in supporting both human resources and operational functions within the organization. You will assist in recruiting, employee relations, and general HR administration, as well as contribute to improving operational efficiency and streamlining business processes.Key Responsibilities:Human Resources:Assist in recruitment processes, including posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.Maintain employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.Coordinate and assist in onboarding new employees, including orientation and training sessions.Help in managing employee benefits, payroll processing, and attendance tracking.Provide support for employee relations by addressing employee inquiries and assisting in conflict resolution.Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and employee engagement activities.Operations:Assist in daily operational tasks, ensuring smooth business functions across departments.Coordinate and monitor project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration.Support the management in streamlining internal processes for greater operational efficiency.Maintain office supplies and inventory, ensuring the office runs smoothly.Manage and track operational expenses and assist with budget planning and reporting.Assist in vendor management and liaising with external service providers for operational needs.Required Qualifications:Experience: At least 1 year of experience in HR and operations or a related role.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Skills:Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and payroll.Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HR software/tools.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential information.
