Job Description

Manage hiring processes and help with office/admin support
Coordinate office activities and handle employee engagement

Key Responsibilities:
● Assist in full-cycle recruitment process including screening resumes, coordinating
interviews, and maintaining candidate database
● Support HR team in employee onboarding and documentation
● Help maintain employee records and HR management systems
● Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
● Support in attendance management and leave administration
● Help coordinate training and development programs
● Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations
Required Qualifications:
● Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business
Administration, or related field
● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
● Proficiency in MS Office (particularly Excel and PowerPoint)
● Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
