We are hiring a Receptionist cum HR Executive who will be the face of our office and a vital part of our team. This dual role involves handling front office operations while also supporting basic HR functions like hiring coordination and employee engagement.
Greet and attend to all visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer incoming phone calls, emails, and maintain communication logs.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and reception area.
Manage appointments, meeting room schedules, and courier services.
Handle basic administrative tasks like stationery and office supply management.
Assist in posting job vacancies, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support the onboarding process of new employees.
Maintain employee attendance and leave records.
Help coordinate internal communications and office events.
Provide general support to the HR and admin team as needed.
Graduate in any stream (preferably HR, Business, or Administration).
1–3 years of relevant experience in reception and/or HR support roles.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal skills, presentable and well-organized.
Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
