HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Onboarding:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

• Source resumes through various job portals, social media, and employee referrals.

• Screen applications and conduct initial HR rounds.

• Schedule interviews with department heads.

• Issue Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, and other joining documents.

• Handle new joiner documentation and formalities.

• Maintain and organize employee files for all new joiners.

HR Operations & Documentation:

• Maintain accurate attendance records using Excel.

• Maintain and update employee data regularly.

• Ensure timely documentation of employee records, contracts, and policies.

• Prepare and manage HR documents including Experience Letters, Confirmation Letters, etc.

Policy & Compliance:

• Ensure HR processes and documents comply with legal and organizational standards.

• Maintain confidentiality and security of employee information.

HR Systems & Tools:

• Knowledge of HR software (HRMS/ATS).

• Proficient in MS Excel for maintaining data and generating reports.
