1. Strategic HR Management:

4. Performance Management:

   • Oversee performance management systems and ensure fair and objective evaluations.

   • Implement strategies to improve employee performance, motivation, and productivity.

   • Conduct training and workshops to ensure managers are equipped to handle performance management effectively.

5. Compensation and Benefits:

   • Manage the compensation and benefits structure to ensure competitiveness in the market.

   • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in compensation and benefits administration.

6. Training and Development:
