We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations professional to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, specifically in operations, and must possess an MBA or Bachelor’s degree. This position will be based at our BCIT Tech Park office in Hennur.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles within the organization.
Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and optimize recruitment strategies.
Coordinate interview schedules, candidate assessments, and offer processes.
Assist in developing and maintaining an efficient recruitment pipeline.
Handle candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data and reporting within the recruitment system.
Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support TA leadership in implementing recruitment strategies, initiatives, and process improvements.
Prepare and present reports on recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.
Education: MBA or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition operations or related roles.
Skills:
Proficient in recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
