HR Recruiter

As a HR Executive, you will be responsible for Full-cycle recruitment from sourcing, and screening candidates to interviewing and onboarding.

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

• Source and screen candidates through various channels like portals, social media, and employee referrals.

• Conduct interviews and assess candidate's qualifications and skills.

• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate recruitment records and track key metrics.

• Qualification: MBA HR

• Experience: 6 months to 3 year

• Job Location: Mogappair West, Chennai

• Good communication skills in English, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam

• Proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
