Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. The Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to support the company's growth and success. The ideal candidate will have experience in full-cycle recruitment, strong networking abilities, and a keen eye for talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop job descriptions.

Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.

Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

Negotiate job offers, including salary and benefits, and facilitate a smooth onboarding process.
