HR Recruiter

Haryana Tools and Tackles is looking for an energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to lead the hiring efforts for our Industrial Sales Team. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning for the industrial sales sector. This role is crucial for ensuring that our sales team is staffed with the best talent to drive business growth. Key Responsibilities: End-to-end recruitment for Industrial Sales positions, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Develop and implement hiring strategies to attract top sales talent.

Maintain and update a candidate database for future hiring needs.

Collaborate with department heads to understand sales staffing requirements.

Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure the best hiring decisions.

Manage employee onboarding, training, and documentation.

Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.

Handle employee queries and assist in HR operations as required.

Work closely with management to develop retention strategies for sales staff.

Key Requirements:

Experience: 1-3 years in HR recruitment, preferably in HR Consultancy/industrial sales hiring.

Education: Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a relevant field.

Recruitment Expertise: Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and hiring techniques.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication for candidate interactions.

Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate salary and incentives with potential hires.

Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring projects.
