Role: HR Recruiter
Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

What You’ll Do:
✅ End-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews
✅ Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs
✅ Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics
✅ Publish job ads on various platforms and proactively source candidates
✅ Conduct initial HR interviews and schedule technical rounds
✅ Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining documentation
✅ Build a strong pipeline for future hiring requirements

What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Graduate or MBA in HR or related field
🔹 1–3 years of recruitment experience (preferably in technical or manufacturing sector)
🔹 Strong communication and interpersonal skills
🔹 Good knowledge of sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.)
🔹 Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to multitask
