As part of our growth, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition and Screening Specialist. Job Overview: As a Talent Acquisition and Screening Specialist at Kartavya Healtheon, you will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end recruitment process. From sourcing and resume screening to candidate engagement and interviewing, you will ensure a seamless and efficient hiring experience. Your expertise in identifying top talent, conducting screenings, and managing the candidate pipeline will contribute to the success of our recruitment efforts. Responsibilities:  Talent Acquisition and Sourcing: Utilize various channels and platforms to proactively source qualified candidates for open positions. Conduct thorough resume screening and evaluate candidates based on predetermined criteria. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and refine job descriptions. Initiate tie-ups with professional institutes and HR consultant companies for strategic talent acquisition.  Candidate Engagement and Screening: Engage with candidates through phone calls to assess their interest and suitability for the position. Conduct preliminary screenings to evaluate candidates' qualifications and alignment with job requirements. Clearly communicate job details and answer candidate inquiries regarding the job description. Maintain a professional and engaging communication channel with candidates throughout the screening process. Preserve candidate data for future usage, even if they do not meet the current criteria.  Screening and Interviewing: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and the hiring team. Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience during the interview process. Gather feedback from reporting manager i.e. (interviewers’ response) and provide updates to candidates on their application status. Generate reports based on the screening and interview outcomes for evaluation and decision-making.  MIS Management: Update and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) with accurate candidate information and interview outcomes. Generate reports to assess the quality of sourcing efforts and initial screenings. Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in the talent acquisition process. Provide recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of sourcing and screening activities. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in talent acquisition, resume screening, candidate engagement, and interviewing. Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. As a Talent Acquisition and Screening Specialist, you will have a comprehensive role encompassing sourcing, screening, engaging candidates, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.
