Human Resource Generalist

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, payroll management, compliance, and performance management. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a thorough understanding of HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & Onboarding:

  • Source, screen, and interview potential candidates.

  • Coordinate the hiring process, from job postings to offer letters.

  • Conduct employee onboarding and orientation programs.

• Employee Relations & Engagement:

  • Address employee queries and concerns.

  • Foster a positive work culture through engagement initiatives.

  • Conduct exit interviews and analyze turnover data.

• Payroll & Compliance:

  • Process payroll, maintain attendance records, and ensure statutory compliance.

  • Stay updated with labor laws and company policies.

  • Handle employee benefits, leaves, and insurance.

• Performance Management & Training:

  • Assist in performance reviews and goal setting.

  • Organize training sessions and development programs.

  • Maintain HR records and generate reports as needed.
