Payroll Executive

Role - HR Executive (Payroll, ESI, Zoho Books, Zoho Payroll, PF) Experience - 1 to 2 years Location - Velachery, Chennai Job Description: Key Responsibilities: Payroll Management: Handle end-to-end payroll processing for employees. Ensure accurate and timely processing of salaries, deductions, bonuses, and reimbursements. Work on Zoho Payroll for generating payslips and reports. Statutory Compliance (PF, ESI): Administer and ensure compliance with Provident Fund (PF) and Employee State Insurance (ESI) regulations. Handle PF and ESI registration, filing, and payments. Ensure accurate deductions and timely remittance to the concerned authorities. Zoho Books Management: Maintain accurate records of company transactions on Zoho Books. Reconcile financial entries related to payroll and other HR-related transactions. Assist in financial reporting and month-end closing processes. Employee Queries: Address employee queries regarding payroll, statutory benefits (PF, ESI), and reimbursements. Provide support to employees in resolving payroll-related issues or concerns. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain and update all employee records and documentation related to payroll. Assist in generating various HR reports, payroll summaries, and compliance reports as required. HR Support: Assist with other HR functions such as employee onboarding, exit processes, and employee benefits. Maintain employee records and track attendance, leave, and overtime.
