Job Title: HR Recruiter (IT Recruiter /Non-IT Recruiter)
Job Location: Gaur City Mall (Office Space), Greater Noida West
Years of Experience: 1Year+
Working Days: 6 (1rd & 3rd Saturday /2nd & 4th Saturday)
Working Hours: 9:30Am to 6:30pm
Budget: Base on Discussion
Job Type: Full Time

Requirements and skills
 Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
 Familiarity with resume databases
 Experience with sourcing technique
 Understanding of referral programs
 Solid verbal and written communication skills
 Sound judgement.
 Open and innovative mind set to discover new opportunities and solutions

Responsibilities
1. Partnering with hiring managers of clients origination to determine staffing needs.
2. Review the JD.
3. Sourcing potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms.
4. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidate
5. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
6. Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).
7. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers of client organization
8. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers and Jobseekers.
9. Following up on the interview process status
10. Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved.
11. Act as bridge between Client and jobseeker till joining.
12. Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need
