We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our Human Resources team at dhanraj Pro Recruiter. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential candidates to conducting interviews and onboarding new hires. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
● Job Posting and Advertising:
○ Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards, company website, and social media platforms.
○ Ensure job advertisements are compelling and reach a diverse audience.
○ Coordinate with Graphic designer to prepare separate graphics for every open position.
○ Coordinate with all teammates to get the graphic posted on their Whatsapp status & other social media platforms (where applicable).
● Candidate Sourcing:
○ Utilize various sourcing methods, including databases, social media, networking events, and referrals.
○ Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure a constant flow of qualified candidates.
● Application Screening:
○ Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
○ Conduct initial phone or video screenings to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit
(minimum 30 calls a day).
○ Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes on the
basis of technical and psychometric tests.
● Interview Process:
○ Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
○ Conduct structured interviews according to the JD & Predetermined set of questions,
providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
● Candidate Selection:
○ Perform reference checks and verify candidate credentials.
○ Collaborate with hiring managers to make final hiring decisions.
● Job Offer and Onboarding:
○ Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates.
○ Assist in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
● Continuous Improvement:
○ Gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement.
○ Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and resume databases.
● Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
● Strong organizational and time management skills.
● High level of discretion and professionalism.
● Negotiation Skills
Preferred Qualifications:
● Certification in HR or recruitment (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP, CIR).
● Experience recruiting in the Design Industry.
● Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruitment tools.
