Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and contact potential leads interested in
franchise opportunities.
 Franchise Explanation: Clearly explain our franchise business model, investment
requirements, and operational benefits to potential investors.
 Follow-up: Maintain consistent communication with leads, track their progress, and
address their queries.
 Sales Conversion: Guide leads through the entire process and close deals to convert
them into franchisees.
 Meeting & Presentations: Schedule and attend in-person meetings with interested leads
to present the franchise opportunity and answer detailed questions.
 Market Research: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to
strategically position the franchise offering.
 Travel: Willingness to travel across India for site surveys, face-to-face meetings,
proposal presentations, and payment collections (exclusive to male candidates)
