Job Description

1. Business Growth & Sales Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the EV sector (B2B & B2C).

  • Generate leads, negotiate deals, and close sales for EV products/services.

  • Work with OEMs, fleet operators, charging infrastructure providers, and government agencies to expand market reach.

  • Create and execute go-to-market strategies for EV products, charging stations, and related services.

2. Market Research & Strategy

  • Analyze EV market trends, competitor activities, and customer demands to identify growth areas.

  • Stay updated on government policies, incentives, and subsidies related to electric mobility.

  • Develop business strategies and financial models for new revenue streams.

3. Relationship Management & Partnerships

  • Build and maintain relationships with automotive companies, energy providers, EV startups, and investors.

  • Collaborate with government bodies, regulatory authorities, and industry stakeholders for EV adoption.

  • Identify and negotiate strategic alliances, joint ventures, and partnerships.

4. Financial & Operational Planning

  • Assist in pricing strategies, budgeting, and cost-benefit analysis for business expansion.

  • Work with the finance team to explore investment and funding opportunities for projects.

5. Branding & Digital Engagement

  • Support marketing and branding efforts for EV products/services.

  • Work with the digital marketing team to create campaigns that attract customers and partners.
