MANAGEMENT TRAINEE

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Management Trainee with the interest in the finance sector to join our team at Dimension Group. The ideal candidate should have capability in Sales and possess excellent communication skills and be committed to building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Business Administration, or related fields. Experience: Fresher to 6 months experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and strengthen relationships with both existing and potential clients within the financial services sector.

• Assess client requirements and deliver customized financial solutions.

• Drive sales and meet business development goals through the promotion of financial products and services.

• Serve as the primary liaison for clients, ensuring timely resolution of their queries and concerns.

• Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee smooth and efficient execution of client requests.

• Identify and capitalize on opportunities for cross-selling and up-selling relevant financial offerings.

• Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.

• Participate in client meetings and coordinate effectively to maintain strong engagement and trust.
