Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through outbound calls, networking, and referrals.

• Engage with potential customers to understand their requirements and offer suitable products/services.

• Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.

• Follow up with clients to ensure successful conversion and maintain long-term relationships.

• Achieve and exceed sales targets to earn attractive incentives.

• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10th pass qualification.

• Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience are welcome.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
