Skills:
1. Good with Ms Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
2. Basic knowledge of real estate regulations.
3. Basic Knowledge of 79A of Society Act.
4. Attention to detail

7. Good listening and interpersonal skills

Role & Responsibilities:
1. Check public notices and shortlist society redevelopment projects based on given criteria.
2. Follow up with brokers and PMCs, as needed.
3. Prepare/Update the presentation made to societies interested in redevelopment
4. Prepare basic feasibility
5. Visit, communicate, negotiate with the shortlisted society, as needed.
6. Act as the company’s point of contact for the society. Co-ordinate between the society and the different departments of the company.
