Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team in Ahmedabad. The BDM will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding relationships with existing clients, and promoting our outsourcing accounting services to businesses in the United States.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients in the US for accounting outsourcing services.
Develop and execute strategies for lead generation and business acquisition.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitor activities.
Present tailored outsourcing accounting solutions to prospective clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure the seamless delivery of services.
Monitor and report on business development performance and results.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business, Accounting, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in outsourcing or accounting services.
Strong knowledge of the US accounting industry and outsourcing landscape.
Proven track record of sales and business development in a B2B environment.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving and client relationship management skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
Understanding of US tax regulations and accounting standards is a plus.
