We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Manager (BDM) to spearhead strategic business opportunities across India and international markets. The ideal candidate will excel at generating leads, nurturing relationships, coordinating exhibitions, and developing growth strategies aligned with our vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify strategic business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
Conduct data mining and market research to build prospect lists.
Prospect clients through LinkedIn, referrals, and direct outreach.
Plan business strategies for regional and international markets.
Research and manage participation in industry exhibitions and events.
Coordinate exhibition logistics: stall design, machinery placements, vendor communication.
Engage potential clients via calls and emails; generate interest in fermenters and consumables.
Work closely with the digital marketing team for website updates and lead generation.
Develop prospect portfolios and convert them into active clients.
Identify new areas for product development and licensing opportunities.
Implement marketing and promotional strategies.
Guide clients regarding products and solutions; address their queries effectively.
Prepare and present monthly performance reports.
Build dealer networks across India.
Support writing business proposals as per client requirements.
Maintain accurate client databases and CRM updates.
Attend conferences and exhibitions to represent the company.
Coordinate with marketing vendors (gifts, flexes, materials).
Drive strategic meetings, set targets, and review achievement plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Graduation mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development, preferably in engineering manufacturing.
Technical Skills:
Strong computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools).
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and business planning capabilities.
Strong decision-making and financial management understanding.
