Business Development Manager (City Manager)

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and driven BDM (City Manager) to lead business growth, develop strategic partnerships, and drive patient acquisition within the city. The City Manager will be responsible for developing local networks, managing partner clinics/hospitals, executing field marketing initiatives, and ensuring targets for key services like PRP, SVF, and OPD consultations are achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and manage relationships with doctors, hospitals, and clinics for service collaboration.
Drive lead generation and patient acquisition for PRP, SVF, and regenerative solutions.
Plan and execute city-level marketing campaigns, health camps, and awareness events.
Manage city-level sales funnels — from lead to consultation to procedure conversion.
Monitor competitor activities and adapt strategies accordingly.
Maintain daily reporting, CRM updates, and achieve monthly growth targets.
Ensure an excellent patient experience and build strong brand loyalty in the city.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in healthcare sales, hospital marketing, healthcare services, Channel management, Business Development and Sales
Strong local network with healthcare professionals.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and team management skills.
Self-driven with ability to work independently.
Bachelor's degree (Science, Marketing preferred). MBA is a plus.
CTC Range:
35k to 55k per month+ industry based incentive
