Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial leasing and office design sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.
Sales Strategy Development
Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Closing Deals
Lead negotiations with clients to close lease agreements for commercial spaces.
Prepare and present proposals for office design and build projects, addressing client needs and expectations.
Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.
Project Coordination
Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution
Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing updates to clients as necessary.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Analyse sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the commercial leasing or office design industries.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. (Lead Squared preferred)
