Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

    • Identify and engage potential clients in the commercial leasing and office design sectors.

    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

    • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends within the industry.

  • Sales Strategy Development

    • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.

  • Closing Deals

    • Lead negotiations with clients to close lease agreements for commercial spaces.

    • Prepare and present proposals for office design and build projects, addressing client needs and expectations.

    • Ensure all contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies.

  • Project Coordination

    • Work closely with the design and project management teams to ensure seamless execution
      Monitor project timelines and budgets, providing updates to clients as necessary.

    • Performance Tracking & Reporting

      • Analyse sales performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies.

      • Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends for senior management.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the commercial leasing or office design industries.

    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

    • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. (Lead Squared preferred)
