Job Title: B 2 B SALES

Job Description:

Respond to inquiries from prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person.

Provide information about Property details.

Review and evaluate Query from clients.

Make lead generation, Bookings, Registration and communicate outcomes to clients.

Meet sales targets 5 to 6 Bookings & 2 to 3 Registration to get an exclusive incentive range from Rs 5000/- to 300000/-and increment of 5000 within 3 months.

Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to optimize sales performance.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and investors.

Requirements:

- Any Bachelor's degree.

- Good Communication Skill.

- 2+ years of sales management experience.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and coaching skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
