3–5+ years in Business Development or Sales (preferably in a creative/marketing agency)
Strong pitch, presentation, & storytelling skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Experience managing the full sales lifecycle
Bonus: Existing network of potential clients in relevant industries
