Business Manager

The Business Manager is responsible for the overall strategic direction and operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in strong leadership and management skills, and a keen business acumen to drive growth and profitability

Operations Management:

• Oversee and optimize all aspects of the printing operations, from pre-press to post-press. 

• Ensure efficient workflows, timely production, and high-quality print output. 

• Manage and schedule printing jobs to meet deadlines and customer expectations. 

• Supervise and train printing staff, ensuring they have the skills and resources to perform their duties effectively. 

• Implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure consistent product quality

Customer Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. 

• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively. 

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
