Customer Relationship Associate

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and nurture relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Act as a liaison between the technical and business teams to understand client needs.

• Provide timely responses to inquiries, feedback, and support requests.

• Maintain and update client records and communication logs in CRM tools.

• Follow up on leads, support sales efforts, and assist in onboarding new clients.

• Handle post-sales communication to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Participate in customer engagement campaigns and feedback collection.

• Escalate issues to the appropriate departments and ensure timely resolutions.
