Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.

Solution-Based Selling: Understand client needs and provide tailored payment solutions that align with their business objectives.

Prompt Client Support: Respond to client inquiries swiftly, ensuring issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Lead Generation & Conversion: Identify and generate leads through networking, cold calling, and referrals, qualifying them to create opportunities that convert into closed deals.

Sales Excellence: Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by effectively closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales process.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client requests and needs are addressed efficiently, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Client Feedback & Improvement: Monitor client satisfaction levels, gather feedback, and proactively suggest service improvements to enhance the overall client experience.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, maximizing revenue potential.

Qualifications:

Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in the payments or financial services sector.

Experience working with high-risk industries (Forex, gambling, online gaming) is a plus.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.

Knowledge of payment processing solutions is preferred.

Ability to travel if required for meetings, conferences, and networking events.

Freshers are welcome with Good English Proficiency.
