Job Description

We are looking for Experienced who will help us to reach Small & Medium Businesses across Bengaluru and help them to set up their end to end IT Infrastructure and assist them on their journey with Systech.

This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, sales skills, and relationship-building abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.

Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive offerings. Analyze market data to develop a comprehensive understanding of the target audience and industry landscape.

Lead Generation: Generate leads through various channels such as cold calling, networking, social media, and industry events. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop effective lead generation strategies.

Client Relationship Management: Understand client needs and challenges to tailor solutions that meet their requirements.

Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's products or services. Clearly articulate value propositions and key differentiators to prospective clients.

Proposal Development: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to create tailored proposals and quotations. Ensure proposals align with client needs and demonstrate the company's capabilities.

Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to reach mutually beneficial outcomes. Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.

Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through various stages of the sales process. Provide regular reports and updates to the management team on sales performance.

Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to service delivery.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor activities. Continuously develop product and industry knowledge to better serve clients.
