Stipend: ₹15,000/month + Internship Certificate
Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Role Overview – Inside Sales Intern:
We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals who are passionate about sales and education. As an Inside Sales Intern (Academic Counsellor), you will be the first point of contact for prospective students, helping them understand TAP Academy's offerings and guiding them through the enrolment process. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to build a career in sales, counselling, and the Ed-Tech industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Counselling: Interact with prospective students to understand their career goals and recommend suitable courses.
Lead Management: Handle and convert leads generated via various marketing channels.
Follow-ups: Proactively follow up with leads through calls, emails, and messages to drive conversions.
Relationship Building: Establish trust and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.
Product Expertise: Stay up to date with course offerings, features, and industry trends to communicate value effectively.
CRM Usage: Log all communications and update lead statuses in the CRM.
Target Achievement: Meet and exceed weekly/monthly conversion and sales targets.
Key Skills & Requirements:
Strong interest in sales and business development
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Confidence in handling outbound/inbound calls
Customer-first attitude and ability to empathize with students
Comfortable working with CRM tools and social media
Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented mindset
Good organizational and time-management skills
Bachelor’s degree in progress or recently completed (Preferred)
