Inside Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.

• Understand client needs and suggest appropriate IT hardware solutions and AMC packages.

• Follow up on inquiries and maintain regular communication with prospective and existing clients.

• Prepare and send quotations, product details, and proposals to potential clients.

• Maintain and update client database and lead records in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with the field sales and technical teams for product availability and support.

• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

• Build strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and long-term associations.

• Stay informed about new products, pricing trends, and market competition.
