Conduct regular meetings, product pitches, and financial consultations with prospective clients.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets consistently.

Ensure smooth customer onboarding, documentation, and policy issuance processes.

Participate actively in promotional campaigns, customer engagement activities, and sales drives.

Maintain high standards of customer service and relationship management.

Stay updated on insurance products, industry developments, and competitor activities.
