Vahlay Consulting is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Tele sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Tele sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales by reaching out to potential clients, promoting our services, and closing deals over the phone. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build relationships with clients.Key Responsibilities:Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and introduce Vahlay Consulting’s services.Qualify leads and convert prospects into clients through persuasive communication.Understand client needs and present appropriate solutions to meet those needs.Maintain and update client records and CRM systems.Follow up on leads, schedule meetings, and close sales.Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions.Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and improving client relationships.Continuously improve product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.Requirements:Proven experience as a Telesales Executive or in a similar sales role.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong persuasive and closing abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.Results-oriented with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets.High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.Previous experience in consulting or B2B sales is preferred.Benefits:Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.Dynamic and supportive work environment.Comprehensive training program.
