Job Title: Investment Advisor
Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling personal loan products to potential customers through outbound calls, providing them with product information, and guiding them through the application process. Your ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and effectively present loan solutions will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce and sell Mutual Fund products.
Product Knowledge: Provide detailed information on loan products, interest rates, terms, and eligibility criteria to potential customers.
Customer Needs Assessment: Identify and assess customer needs to recommend suitable loan products.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and questions in a professional manner.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing loans and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly quotas.
Follow-Up: Follow up with leads, convert inquiries into loan applications, and assist customers throughout the loan application process.
Documentation: Ensure accurate documentation and data entry for each customer interaction, including details of loan agreements, applications, and customer information.
Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, legal regulations, and financial industry standards to ensure proper handling of customer information and transactions.
Customer Retention: Engage with existing customers for potential loan refinances or other relevant products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar customer service role (preferably in financial services).
Strong understanding of personal loan products and financial services is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle objections and close sales effectively.
Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software.
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance or a related field is an advantage.
