Shevi Group, a leader in the real estate industry, is seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team. The Pre-Sales Executive will play a critical role in supporting the sales process by managing client inquiries, conducting product demonstrations, and providing expert advice on the properties and services offered by the company. This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of real estate products, and a passion for assisting clients in their property-buying journey.
Client Consultation:
Act as the first point of contact for potential clients, understanding their needs and guiding them toward the most suitable property options.
Conduct detailed consultations with clients to determine their property requirements, investment goals, and preferences.
Product Presentations & Demos:
Deliver engaging and informative presentations of the properties, including detailed walkthroughs of property features, benefits, and investment value.
Use real estate tools, VR property tours, and visual aids to help clients better understand the product offerings.
Market Analysis:
Provide clients with accurate market insights, trends, and comparative analysis to help them make informed decisions.
Share information regarding neighborhood amenities, schools, transport links, and other factors that influence property choices.
Proposal Development:
Create tailored proposals based on the client’s specific needs and requirements, including customized property packages, investment plans, and financing options.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all necessary documentation and pricing information is accurate and up-to-date.
Lead Qualification & Nurturing:
Qualify inbound leads by assessing their interest, requirements, and readiness to move forward in the sales process.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients, ensuring timely follow-ups and offering additional information as needed.
Collaborate with Sales Team:
Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from the pre-sales phase to closing the deal.
Provide the sales team with detailed insights into client preferences, concerns, and expectations to tailor the sales approach.
Product Knowledge & Expertise:
Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s portfolio, including new projects, ongoing developments, pricing, and available promotions.
Stay updated on local real estate market conditions, new trends, and competitive offerings to ensure accurate information is provided to clients.
Sales Support:
Assist in the creation of sales materials such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks like scheduling site visits, organizing meetings, and managing client queries.
Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a pre-sales or client-facing role, preferably in the real estate or related industry.
Real Estate Knowledge: Familiarity with property types, real estate terms, market trends, and investment processes is highly desirable.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients effectively.
Client-Focused: Strong customer service orientation with the ability to understand client needs and respond in a timely and professional manner.
Presentation Skills: Comfortable with presenting property details and investment proposals to clients and stakeholders.
Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with digital tools like VR property tours, real estate platforms, and sales automation tools.
