Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a field sales role or a similar capacity.
Experience in B2B or B2C sales is highly preferred, depending on the product/service being sold.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with diverse customer groups.
Persuasive and negotiation skills, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Customer-focused with the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.

Problem-solving skills to address customer issues and find solutions quickly.
Proficiency in using CRM software, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other sales tools.
Ability to handle objections and rejections professionally and persistently.
