Roles & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily sales activities and client follow-ups

• Assist the sales team with order processing and tracking

• Maintain strong client relationships and handle inquiries

• Track orders, manage dispatches, and coordinate with inventory

• Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and support sales targets

Requirements:

• Prior experience in jewellery sales coordination is mandatory

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)

• Ability to multitask and manage client communications efficiently
