Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential customers via calls or meetings to promote products/services

• Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions

• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions

• Follow up on leads and ensure high conversion rates

• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and results

Requirements:

• Education: Graduation is mandatory

• Communication: Excellent English (spoken and written) is essential

• Experience: Freshers and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus

• Comfortable with the given shift schedule and rotational offs
