Job Description

Convert leads, build client relationship and sell products/services
Explain the customers about the products, its features and benefits

Initiating sales with potential dealers over the phone.
Calling existing and new dealers to persuade them to purchase our company products.
Processing all customer purchases accordingly.
Generating promising leads.
Managing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Developing and sustaining solid relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Using your sales skills to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.
Answering customer’s questions on the products.
