Role Summary:
As a Sales Executive in our Solar EPC division, you will be responsible for driving sales of solar power solutions to residential, commercial, and industrial clients. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets.
Generate leads through market research, networking, and cold calling.
Understand client requirements and propose customized solar EPC solutions.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments.
Prepare and present commercial offers, proposals, and contracts.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Technical understanding of solar PV systems and EPC processes is a plus.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
