Our client- Woodpik Furniture is seeking dynamic and customer-oriented Front-End Sales Executives to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting our premium furniture collections, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and engage customers in the showroom, understanding their requirements and preferences.

• Provide product information, recommend suitable furniture pieces, and explain features and benefits.

• Achieve sales targets by effectively closing deals and upselling/cross-selling furniture items.

• Maintain knowledge of current product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

• Coordinate with the back-end team for order processing and delivery updates.

• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a seamless shopping experience.

• Maintain the showroom’s presentation and assist in visual merchandising.

• Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into sales.

MANDATORY CRITERIA:

• Excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in English (mandatory, very good), with additional knowledge of Kannada and Hindi.

• Salary: Fixed Salary + incentives

• Working Hours: 10.30 AM – 7.30 PM, 6 days a week (One- WeekOff)
