Understand customer needs and guide them to suitable models.
Explain features, specifications, and benefits of two-wheeler models.
Provide test ride support and handle queries efficiently.
Follow the end-to-end sales process: inquiry → follow-up → booking → delivery.
Share quotations, finance options, and insurance details with customers.
Coordinate with the finance team or external agents for loan approvals.
Ensure timely vehicle delivery and proper documentation.
Follow up with cold/warm leads through calls, messages, and visits.
Maintain proper records of all inquiries and follow-ups in CRM or DMS.
Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly targets are met.
Stay updated on all product features, technical specs, color variants, and upgrades.
Be aware of competitor models and offers in the market.
Communicate offers, exchange programs, and seasonal campaigns effectively.
Collect and verify necessary documents like ID proof, address proof, PAN, etc.
Ensure all legal paperwork like insurance, RTO registration, and finance forms are correctly completed.
Coordinate with PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection), Service, and Accounts teams.
Work closely with team leaders and managers to achieve showroom goals.
Participate in daily briefing and training sessions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
Resolve minor grievances and escalate major concerns to the manager.
Encourage referrals and repeat business through positive customer relationships.
Submit daily/weekly reports on inquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and cancellations.
Maintain and update the booking tracker or sales report sheet regularly.
